This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, California 94104, USA. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries directed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Appointment Booking via Cal.com
This website links to the booking system of Cal.com, operated by Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4858, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. When you book an appointment (Growth Mapping Call) via the link, you will be redirected to the Cal.com platform. Cal.com processes the data you enter there (e.g. name, email address, selected time slot, optional notes) in order to schedule the appointment and send confirmation emails.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (implementation of pre contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient appointment management). For further information on data processing by Cal.com, see their privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.
7. Forms (Netlify Forms)
On this website you can request free content (e.g. a PDF worksheet) via a form. The form data (email address) is processed via Netlify Forms and transmitted to the controller in order to deliver the requested material. The data is not shared with any third parties.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given by submitting the form). You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email to [email protected].
8. Email Delivery via Resend
For the delivery of requested materials and follow up communication, we use the email service Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Your email address and the content of the respective message are processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where prior consent has been given. 9. Web Fonts (Self-Hosted)
This website uses web fonts to display text consistently. All fonts are hosted locally on our own server (Netlify) and are delivered directly together with the rest of the website. No connection to Google servers or any other third-party font provider is established, and no IP address or other personal data is transmitted to third parties for the purpose of loading fonts.
The use of self-hosted fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing, privacy-friendly presentation of our online services. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
10. Links to External Profiles (LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp)
This website links to external profiles on LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland), YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) and WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). No data is transferred to these providers until you actively click on the respective link and thereby switch to the platform.
Once you are on the respective platform, their privacy policies apply. We have no influence on this processing. You can find information here:
11. Cookies and Local Storage
This website does not set tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary storage mechanisms are used, for example to remember your preferences during a visit. This data does not leave your browser and is not transmitted to third parties.
External services (e.g. Cal.com, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp) may set their own cookies when their platforms are actively accessed. We have no influence on this.
